**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Construction Cost Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining construction cost benchmarks, compiling cost estimates and project budgets, and analyzing and evaluating cost calculations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain a database for national and international construction costs
  • Compile cost estimates and project budgets in collaboration with project managers and teams
  • Analyze and evaluate cost calculations for completeness, plausibility, and economic feasibility
  • Develop strategies for efficient project planning and control
  • Prepare and maintain construction cost market reports

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction cost determination
  • Profound skills in benchmarking comparison
  • Excellent English language skills and proficiency in German
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
