About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Cost Management Expert to join our team at Siemens Healthineers AG. As a key member of our global team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare by providing expert cost management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain construction cost benchmarks for internal and external reference projects
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to compile cost estimates and project budgets, considering life cycle costs and post-project phase calculations
  • Analyze and evaluate cost calculations from architects and engineers for completeness, plausibility, and economic feasibility
  • Develop and maintain a database for national and international construction costs
  • Design and implement strategies for efficient project planning and control
  • Prepare and maintain construction cost market reports relevant to the organization
Requirements
  • Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, or a comparable degree
  • Long-term professional experience in building cost determination
  • Profound skills in benchmarking comparison
  • Confident handling of common MS Office applications, especially Excel, and knowledge of AVA and cost controlling software
