Key Responsibilities- CRM Campaign Development: Design and execute targeted CRM campaigns to deliver personalized communication to our clients, leveraging email and app push notifications to maximize engagement.
- Journey Optimization: Create and adapt CRM journeys, conduct A/B testing, and analyze results to refine their performance and improve customer experience.
- Channel Development: Contribute to the evolution of the CRM channel at Scalable GmbH, ensuring seamless integration with current and future products and markets.
- Collaboration and Content Creation: Work closely with Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Product, and Design teams to develop relevant content and deliver it to customers, ensuring attention to detail in content creation, email design, and sendout.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytical skills to measure and report on email and app push notification performance, identifying areas for channel optimization.
- Candidate Profile: Strong interest in CRM, with previous experience in Finance or regulated markets a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and Email Marketing tools, with experience in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud a significant advantage.
- Problem-Solving and Prioritization: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Hands-On Approach: Show a pragmatic approach to solving complex problems and a high affinity for data-driven decision making.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German (C1 level) and English, with knowledge of HTML and SQL a plus.
