About the Role

We're seeking a highly experienced CRM Manager to lead our customer relationship management efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Manage and optimize email and push channels to improve customer experience
  • Design and execute AB tests to optimize customer experience
  • Segment and personalize customer communications to improve relevance and effectiveness
  • Manage and execute retention and reactivation marketing automations to drive customer loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to inform future marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of CRM strategies
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM or multi-channel marketing in an e-commerce environment
  • Experience working with CRM tools (preferably Braze)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with KPIs
  • Customer-centric and strategic mindset
  • Ability to work with HTML and CSS
  • Knowledge of CRM fundamentals and tools
