EMEA Indirect Procurement Specialist

This role focuses on supporting indirect procurement initiatives and operations across the EMEA region, tailored to the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sourcing Ownership: Manage and execute cost-saving projects, oversee strategic sourcing visual management, maintain supplier master data, and ensure thorough sourcing review documentation.
- Legal Engagement: Handle supplier non-disclosure agreements, facilitate legal communications between Pall and suppliers, and review long-term agreements and master service agreements, including data privacy agreements.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Conduct supplier visits, organize supplier meetings, and manage supplier reviews and contract administration for LTA/MSA. Utilize data analytics to provide insights and drive enhancements within the supply base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in category management, global strategic sourcing, purchasing, or supplier relationship management within a multinational manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with SAP systems.
- Experience with electronic sourcing tools such as eRFQ, eBid, and eAuction.
- Proficiency in English and German, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
