Operational Procurement Specialist for Indirect Materials

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Procurement Specialist for Indirect Materials to join our team at Aenova Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of indirect materials and services, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Procure indirect materials and services, including OPEX and CAPEX, locally and globally, in SAP Ariba.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure long-term supply and optimize costs.
- Source materials and services globally, in collaboration with the responsible Global Lead Buyer, and execute all procurement-related processes independently.
- Qualify and develop existing and potential suppliers and service providers, both domestically and internationally.
- Conduct international market analyses for procurement, focusing on growth markets and developing new procurement channels.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures and perform value analyses for the materials and services under your responsibility.
- Contribute to the development of global procurement at Aenova Group, focusing on digitalization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Several years of experience in indirect procurement.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility, with a strong focus on quality and cost awareness.
- Quick understanding, analytical and structured approach, conceptual and strategic thinking.
- High level of teamwork, self-motivation, flexibility, and enthusiasm.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, with initial knowledge of SAP and Ariba an advantage.
- Fluent German and English language skills, with additional languages a plus.
