Role Overview:

  • As the leader for the Mid Market segment, you will oversee a team of account management and sales professionals dedicated to retaining and expanding the segment. Your leadership will focus on comprehending and addressing customer requirements while strategically positioning our offerings for maximum impact.
  • You will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, emphasizing strategic account planning, driving significant revenue growth, enhancing customer loyalty, and aligning cross-functional efforts to ensure effective execution for your clients.
  • Your role will involve cultivating robust, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their strategic and trusted advisor, while ensuring internal alignment to achieve objectives.
  • You will be one of five key stakeholders in the organization, contributing to growth in the largest region for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a growth and retention strategy for the account segment, aligning with national and business priorities while considering segment-specific needs.
  • Establish a strategic account planning framework tailored to the segment to enhance share of wallet and product adoption, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, business analytics, pricing, product development, and other departments to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Encourage and mentor a consultative sales approach, focusing on understanding customer needs and delivering customized solutions that provide value and ensure customer success.
  • Guide the team in sales methodologies and practices, ensuring a focus on strategic account management and execution excellence.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Oversee operational excellence and refine forecasting processes to improve accuracy and predictability in revenue, ensuring comprehensive adoption across the organization.
  • Foster strong inter-departmental collaboration and processes to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient fulfillment of client requests.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for customer account management, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Lead contract negotiations and closures, focusing on creating mutual value for both the customer and the organization.
  • Plan and execute B2B events aimed at enhancing brand equity and leverage customer feedback and interactions as strategic opportunities for team coaching and development, as well as informing product and marketing strategies.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Desired Experience:

  • 15 years of experience in B2B SaaS/Subscription sales and strategic/enterprise account management.
  • At least 5 years in a senior sales management role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects, particularly in a sales context.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and data analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Experience in operational, product, and project management would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry would be beneficial.
