Your Role

As an Exhibition and Events Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the development of our brand identity at trade shows, conferences, and events. This will involve:

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of events and trade show appearances.
  • Coordinating the logistics of event materials and equipment.
  • Creating and managing event-related documents and bookings in our SAP system.
  • Coordinating with internal teams, such as product management and sales, as well as external partners.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements in the exhibition and events area.

Requirements

  • Completed Commercial Education - A successful completion of a commercial education program.
  • Excellent German and English Language Skills - Strong language skills in both written and spoken form.
  • SAP Knowledge - Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus.
  • Flexible and Autonomous Work Style - The ability to work independently and flexibly.
  • Passion, Motivation, and Team Spirit - A strong passion for the role, motivation to achieve results, and a team-oriented mindset.
