Position: Group Leader for Mechatronics Apprentices

The Sales Business Unit (SBU) at Vestas Northern & Central Europe (NCE) is tasked with the sales, construction, and servicing of Vestas wind turbines across NCE regions, encompassing both Onshore and Offshore projects. The service divisions prioritize maintenance, repairs, and ongoing enhancement upgrades for Vestas wind turbine systems within the area. Success hinges on effective teamwork and communication, propelling us to be the leading region within the Vestas Group.

The Service & Construction Academy NCE, a segment of Regional Operations NCE, is dedicated to delivering both technical and functional training for Onshore and Offshore operations. This academy supports internal Service & Construction Technicians, Subcontractors, and Customers by providing timely and growth-oriented training. Moreover, the Apprentices & Students division within the academy is committed to educating young individuals in fields such as Mechatronics, ensuring a proficient workforce for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a group of Mechatronics apprentices throughout Germany
• Work in close collaboration with the Team Leader for Apprentices & Students and Supervisors in Husum, Germany
• Engage in recruitment activities for new apprentices
• Facilitate team meetings, individual sessions, and development planning for apprentices
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations across the region

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in education, training, or related sectors
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Fluency in both German and English
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
• Able to excel in a dynamic team environment
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to travel as necessary
