Als Projektmanager (m/w/d) bei Hellmann Worldwide Logistics analysierst Du die Anforderungen unserer Kunden und konzipierst mit unseren Experten aus den Fachbereichen die maßgeschneiderten Logistikkonzepte. Unter Berücksichtigung von innovativen Möglichkeiten gestaltest Du Lösungen, die eine hohe strategische Bedeutung für die Entwicklung unseres Geschäftsbereichs haben. Im Anschluss übernimmst Du die Verantwortung, die konzipierten Lösungen an einem neuen Logistikstandort in die Praxis umzusetzen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Projektmanagement für komplexe Implementierungs- und Optimierungsprojekte im Bereich Kontraktlogistik deutschlandweit
  • Mitarbeit bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Kalkulation komplexer Kontraktlogistikprojekte
  • Verstehen von Kundenanforderungen, Entwicklung von kundenspezifischen Lösungen und Präsentation der Lösungen bei Kunden
  • Planung von Prozessen, Materialflüssen und Erstellung von Lagerlayouts
  • Unterstützung beim Projektmanagement und der Implementierung der entwickelten Logistikkonzepte
  • Enger Austausch mit den unterschiedlichsten internen und externen Schnittstellen in allen Projektthemen

Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL oder Ingenieurwesen, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Idealereweise erste Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, in der Kontraktlogistik oder im Lean Management
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Hands-on-Mentalität sowie Begeisterungsfähigkeit für die Kontraktlogistik
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten, prozessorientiertes Denken sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit und Projekteinsätzen
