Project Manager Contract Logistics Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Contract Logistics team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of specific contract logistics solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project management for complex implementation and optimization projects in the field of contract logistics throughout Germany
  • Independent processing of customer inquiries and calculation of complex contract logistics projects as well as coordination of the entire tendering process
  • Understanding customer requirements, developing customer-specific solutions and presenting the solutions to customers
  • Planning processes, material flows and creating warehouse layouts
  • Responsibility for project management and implementation of the developed logistics concepts
  • Closing communication with a wide range of internal and external interfaces on all project topics
  • Continuous monitoring of project deadlines, costs and quality
Requirements
  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or engineering, ideally with a focus on logistics or comparable training
  • Professional experience in project management, contract logistics and lean management
  • Strong communication skills, a pronounced hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for contract logistics
  • Strong analytical skills, process-oriented thinking and an exceptional level of initiative
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel and work on projects
