About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Contract Logistics team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements and developing customized logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex implementation and optimization projects in the Contract Logistics field across Germany
  • Independently handle customer inquiries and calculate complex Contract Logistics project costs, as well as coordinate the entire tendering process
  • Understand customer requirements, develop customer-specific solutions, and present solutions to customers
  • Plan processes, material flows, and create warehouse layouts
  • Be responsible for project management and implementation of developed logistics concepts
  • Engage in close communication with various internal and external stakeholders on all project topics
  • Continuously monitor project deadlines, costs, and quality

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in Business Administration or Engineering, preferably with a focus on Logistics or a comparable education
  • Professional experience in project management, Contract Logistics, and Lean Management
  • High communication skills, strong hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm for Contract Logistics
  • Strong analytical skills, process-oriented thinking, and an exceptionally high level of self-initiative
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Willingness to travel and participate in projects
