Student Assistant in Product Management

Role Overview

As a working student, you will play a vital role in supporting our product management team focused on SAP's latest software release, SAP S/4HANA. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with our data migration and transformation portfolio.

Your Responsibilities

  • Developing training materials, including presentations, demonstrations, and video content.
  • Managing an SAP community page for customers and partners.
  • Executing tests and collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Assisting in user research, which includes organizing and analyzing interviews.
  • Evaluating customer feedback to enhance our offerings.
  • Overseeing smaller projects such as SharePoint configurations and document management.

Your Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences.
  • Preferred fields of study include Information Systems, Business Administration, Business Management, IT Management, or related disciplines.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with SharePoint is advantageous.
  • Fluent in both English and German.
  • Demonstrated soft skills: proactive, self-motivated, eager to learn, strong teamwork abilities, and capable of articulating technical concepts clearly.
  • A genuine interest in information technology.
