Role Overview
As a working student, you will play a vital role in supporting our product management team focused on SAP's S/4HANA software. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of data migration and transformation.
Your Responsibilities
- Developing training materials, including presentations, demonstrations, and video content.
- Managing and updating the SAP customer and partner community portal.
- Conducting tests and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Assisting in user research activities, including organizing and analyzing interviews.
- Evaluating customer feedback to enhance product offerings.
- Taking ownership of smaller projects, such as setting up SharePoint and managing documentation.
Your Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study include Information Systems, Business Administration, Business Management, IT Management, or related disciplines.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of SharePoint is advantageous.
- Fluent in both English and German.
- Possess strong soft skills: proactive, self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working effectively in a team.
- A genuine interest in information technology is essential.
