About the Role
As a Working Student in Product Management, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team dedicated to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, test data refresh. This cloud service ensures effective testing by replacing test environment data with current production data.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop rollout materials such as PowerPoint presentations, demos, and videos to effectively communicate product information.
- Maintain an active SAP customer and partner community page, fostering engagement and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct thorough testing and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Contribute to user research by organizing and evaluating interviews, gathering valuable insights into customer needs and experiences.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for product enhancement.
- Take ownership of smaller projects, such as SharePoint setup and document management, demonstrating your initiative and problem-solving skills.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled as a student at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study include Information Systems, Business Administration, Business Management, IT-Management, or related disciplines.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; experience with SharePoint is a plus.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Demonstrate strong soft skills such as proactivity, self-motivation, a desire to learn, excellent teamwork abilities, and the capacity to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Genuine interest in information technology.
