Web3 Community Builder

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Lead to join our team at EoT Labs. As a Community Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive community strategy for the Asia Pacific region, driving community growth and engagement, and building a strong team of community leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a community strategy for the APAC region, aligned with EoT Labs' goals and objectives.
- Build and manage a team of community leaders across the APAC region, providing guidance and support to ensure successful community growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive campaigns and events that drive community engagement and growth.
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies, including content creation, social media management, and community outreach.
- Monitor and measure community engagement and performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in Web3, applying this knowledge to inform community strategy and engagement.
- Empower and grow a community of supporters and evangelists, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Plan, organize, and execute community-facing content calendars and marketing campaigns across EoT Labs' social media and community platforms.
- 3+ years of experience in community management or leadership, with a focus on Web3 and APAC region.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful communities, driving growth and engagement.
- Strong understanding of Web3 and its applications, with a passion for community building and engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform business decisions.
