Job Description

We are seeking a talented Digital Designer to join our team at w3. group. As a key member of our design and marketing team, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling design assets for all companies within the w3. group. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic Web3 environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop websites for w3. group companies using Webflow, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Create UI/UX designs for products from scratch in Figma, driving innovation and consistency across our brand.
  • Collaborate with our founders to develop a cohesive design library, ensuring consistent brand representation across all materials.
  • Design engaging sales materials and presentations to support our teams in showcasing our financial and digital products.
  • Develop social media graphics and content to enhance our online presence and drive audience engagement.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to create and execute design strategies that effectively communicate our brand values and vision.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand assets, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and accessible to team members.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience or coursework in Webflow and Figma, with a strong understanding of print design principles.
  • Excellent design skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating effective and visually appealing designs.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently on individual projects.
  • A strong interest in Web3 and digital innovation, with a desire to contribute to the growth and success of our companies.
  • Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your academic commitments.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Berlin, with the possibility of remote work when necessary.
