About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced APAC Community Lead to join our team at EoT Labs. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive community strategy for the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a community growth strategy for the APAC region, aligned with EoT Labs' overall business objectives.
  • Build and manage a team of community leads across the APAC region, both internally and externally.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key community members, influencers, and partners in the APAC region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive campaigns and events that drive engagement within the community.
  • Monitor and measure community engagement and report on key performance indicators.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the latest developments in web3.
  • Empower and grow our supporters and evangelists around a common vision.
  • Plan, organize, and execute community-facing content calendar and marketing campaigns across EoT Labs' social media and community platforms.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in community management/leadership of web3 projects.
  • Seasoned community builder with experience leading community in the APAC region for a leading web3 project, ideally a layer-1 or layer-0.
  • Clear communication, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
  • Strong familiarity with web3, passionate about crypto and decentralization.
  • Great English communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Proven work experience in community management in APAC.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience launching and/or running an Ambassador Program.
  • Multilingual.
  • Public-facing social media profiles which can be leveraged as part of taking on this role.
  • Deep in DePIN.
