Shape the Future of Talent Acquisition at BIRKENSTOCK
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Cologne. As a key member of our European Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for owning Talent Acquisition for both Office and Retail roles across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and follow-up interviews with applicants via video call, telephone, or on-site
- Manage all active sourcing measures, including identification, selection, and active approach of candidates for Office roles
- Contribute to the European-wide store expansion strategy and meet high-volume hiring targets for the summer peak within the Retail function
- Manage and improve the whole Talent Acquisition process for your vacancies, ensuring an excellent candidate journey
- Ensure reporting and analysis of the success of Talent Acquisition measures
- Be a sparring partner and point of contact regarding Talent Acquisition for Hiring Managers
- Drive Employer Branding and Communication related projects
Requirements:
- Passion for people and a dynamic environment
- Passion for our products and a strong identification with our brand
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in international Talent Acquisition, ideally with a fashion or lifestyle brand
- Confident and outgoing personality with an engaging and inspiring attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a hands-on mentality and a proactive approach
- Good knowledge of common MS-Office applications and a SAP TA Management-Tool
- Excellent German and English language skills, knowledge of an additional European language is a plus
