The Team
Our Consumer Goods, Retail and Logistics practice assists some of the largest global firms and most recognizable local brands in overcoming their most significant challenges in today's era of constant disruption. With a range of services that include growth strategy, new product innovation, omni-channel customer experience, supply chain resilience, and AI-driven business models, we support clients in shaping and achieving their growth objectives for a sustainable future.
The Role
- The SAP Retail Process / Solution Architect is accountable for the architecture (comprehensive solution design including end-to-end design, integrations, and data migration) for retail supply chain transformation projects.
- Oversees all functional and technical workstreams of the project and manages cross-functional design across various modules, ensuring the delivery of the overall solution.
- Designs the integration of SAP with existing or legacy supply chain systems (Planning, WMS, etc.) using appropriate integration methods.
- Promotes early adoption of new SAP product lines.
- Collaborates closely with client business and IT teams.
- Architects solutions for client SAP opportunities.
- Supports the sale of strategically significant SAP projects.
- Ensures successful delivery of SAP engagements.
- Develops other members of the solution team.
- Expands Infosys into new industries, propositions, services, and technologies.
About You
You design and manage comprehensive enterprise solutions. You exhibit leadership within the architect community and possess a passion for technology coupled with business insight. You operate as a stream lead at the CIO/CTO level within a major client organization. You will lead operations related to market development and/or service delivery excellence. You are regarded as a role model in the community:
- Extensive experience with SAP.
- Proven track record as a Solution Architect on an IS-Retail deployment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Retail components such as F&R, CAR / PMR, SNC, MDG, VIM, BODS.
- Experience in the retail industry.
- Ability to conceptualize and communicate compelling propositions – simplifying complex ideas.
- Exhibits excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Capable of articulating and presenting diverse viewpoints on various technologies to clients and within Infosys senior management.
- Continuous improvement mindset - inquisitive and self-driven in learning relevant new business thinking and technology solutions.
- Strong client-facing skills and the ability to lead a team through all phases of SAP implementation.
- Possesses a strong executive presence and the ability to engage with CxO level stakeholders.
- Mentors team members in technology, architecture, and application delivery.
