Our IT Department
We currently employ around 90 IT professionals, divided into the areas of IT Operations, IT Consulting, and IT Software Development. We develop our own software applications based on the.net Framework, work together with the business department to develop new concepts, and manage the operation of these solutions in our data centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate business requirements and problem statements, and find the best possible solution scenarios using in-house development tools, taking into account technological risks.
- Understand and master complex processes and subprocesses, taking into account functional and technical aspects, to support the introduction of new technology solutions.
- Support the analysis of requirements in a defined solution area and mediate between internal departments and internal and external IT service providers.
- Analyze and evaluate architectures and solutions implemented by our service providers to ensure that used applications and architectures meet requirements, consider existing architecture principles, and fit into the overall system landscape and target architecture.
- Closely collaborate with other Solution Architects responsible for CHG-MERIDIAN AG's applications and systems to ensure that used architectures meet requirements, consider architecture principles, and fit into the overall system landscape and target architecture.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable IT qualification, as well as professional and project experience in implementing enterprise applications.
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in a similar role such as Business Architect for implementing packaged systems, Application Architect, Information Architect, or Integration Architect.
- Good knowledge and experience in designing and implementing packaged systems into a target architecture, including interface definitions in the context of integration possibilities.
- Process and data integrations of the integration domains non-SAP -> SAP, onPremise2Cloud, and Cloud2Cloud (MS Dynamics CRM, ServiceNow CSM) using message systems (e.g., AzureService Bus, RabbitMQ) are not unknown to you.
- Knowledge and experience in agile development methodology SCRUM are an advantage.
- Analyze complex issues and have the ability to present complexity in clear communication and presentation (also on C-level) in both German and English.
- Passion for innovation, enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams, and solving problem and task statements.
