Health and Safety Manager in Commissioning

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager in Commissioning to join our team at Sarp Industries. As a key member of our commissioning team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe execution of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Health and Safety Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Health and Safety plan for our commissioning projects.
- Conduct regular site audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
- Communication and Training
- Provide Health and Safety training to project team members and site staff.
- Communicate Health and Safety policies and procedures to all stakeholders.
- Quality and Environment
- Ensure that all Health and Safety records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate the implementation of a Health and Safety management system.
- Proven experience in a similar role, managing Health and Safety in the industrial or construction sector.
- Expertise in Occupational Health and Safety, project management, and team coordination.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Audit and risk analysis skills.
This position is based at our project site, with possible travel to other Sarp Industries sites.
