Junior - IT Operations Engineer (m,w,d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Überwachung und Gewährleistung des reibungslosen Betriebs der TAF-Systeme, einschließlich Bereitschaftsdiensten
  • Integration der intern entwickelten Software in den produktiven Betrieb
  • Bearbeitung von Vorfällen im Incident Management
  • Analyse von gemeldeten Fehlern und Weiterleitung an unser Entwicklungsteam im Rahmen des technischen B2B-Supports
  • Dokumentation von Systemen und deren Konfigurationen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung sowie Erfahrung im Softwarebetrieb
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Linux-Systemen
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit Kubernetes und Docker, idealerweise im Cloud-Umfeld
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Monitoring, Logging und Alert-Management mit Prometheus, Grafana und Kibana
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Datenbanken (Postgres)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären und internationalen Teams
  • Neugier und Eigeninitiative bei der Lösungsfindung
  • Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an der Arbeit mit komplexen Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
