Team Leader for Contract Development for Pharmaceuticals

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Sinceritas Executive Search. As a Team Leader for Contract Development for Pharmaceuticals, you will be responsible for leading a team of economists and pharmacists to ensure the management of contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Organize and lead a team of 18 members to achieve operational goals.
  • Contract Management: Plan and set operational goals with the management team, monitor and analyze market trends and legislative initiatives, and develop proposals for contract development.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and provide recommendations for contract development.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate team activities and take responsibility for contract evaluation and control.
  • Employee Development: Conduct employee meetings and promote employee development in collaboration with the HR department.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Promote both internal and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process with the support of the HR department.
  • Representation: Represent the department at customer events and conferences.
Requirements
  • Education: Hold a degree in a medical, natural science, pharmaceutical, or economic field.
  • Experience: Have first leadership experience in a position with personnel, budget, and responsibility in the healthcare sector.
  • Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of the economic aspects of the healthcare sector.
  • Leadership Style: Demonstrate a strong hands-on mentality and support your team in operational tasks when needed.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational skills and a strong business sense.
