Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers and drive the delivery of high-quality products. As an Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for the results of your team, processes, and people. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Product Designers, and Data Analysts, to ensure the team's delivery aligns with the quarterly roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software engineers and ensure the delivery of high-quality products
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures to ensure the team's effectiveness
- Collaborate with other Engineering Managers, Agile Coaches, and Staff Engineers to bring continuous improvements to the team and domain
- Apply Agile and Lean principles to drive team performance and efficiency
- Focus on the professional and personal growth of your team and yourself
About You
- Proven experience leading a software engineering team and delivering results
- Strong people management skills, with experience ensuring the development of team members
- Solid proficiency in communicating with both technical and management levels
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English

- A competitive salary range of €96,000 - €120,000 gross per year
