Engineering Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join our team at Remote. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a distributed team of backend and frontend engineers, working closely with the Product Manager and stakeholders on the product roadmap and defining the problems to solve.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a distributed team of backend and frontend engineers, empowering them to take ownership of their daily tasks and challenges.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and stakeholders to define the product roadmap and identify key problems to solve.
- Work closely with the team to design, develop, and maintain complex software products, leveraging your expertise in Elixir and Postgres.
- Develop and implement effective engineering processes and tools to ensure the team's success.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them grow and develop their skills.
- Proven experience leading a team of engineers, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Significant experience as a Backend Engineer, with a deep understanding of Elixir and Postgres.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Experience working in a distributed team environment, with a strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
