As a pivotal figure in our organization, you will:
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Supplier Content and Data Management, overseeing two dedicated teams focused on enhancing the quality of supplier data across our platforms and ensuring the presence of top-notch product content.
- This role serves as a temporary replacement during parental leave, anticipated to last for a minimum of one year.
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects, guaranteeing adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Provide support to the teams through effective collaboration, stakeholder management, goal-oriented discussions, and targeted quarterly planning.

What We Seek
- A minimum of several years of experience as a Product or Project Manager, with a proven track record of leading projects to successful outcomes.
- At least one year of experience in managing or leading a team.
- Ideally, experience in an agile technology environment.
- A commitment to excellence, challenging team objectives, and a collaborative approach.
- A focus on maintaining high standards of quality, reliability, and availability.
- The ability to make informed trade-offs between immediate business needs and long-term objectives.
- Fluency in German and a strong command of written and spoken English.
