Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product & Partner Manager to oversee our relationships with third-party suppliers & be a key contributor to building a scalable business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships, negotiating contracts, launching new products, and helping us build a scalable operations model. This role is critical for aligning our operational goals and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Relationship Management & Contract Negotiations:
- Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, ensuring cost-effectiveness and meeting quality standards.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Implement and monitor KPIs to assess supplier performance
- Implement and monitor KPIs to assess operational efficiency
- Product Management:
- Oversee the product lifecycle from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with operational goals and customer expectations.
- Coordinate with the product teams to incorporate new suppliers and new products
- Ops Process Improvement & Product Maintenance:
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes and products, leveraging data and feedback to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and high quality.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance supplier and product performance
- Help us in building a scalable foundation in close collaboration with our Salesforce Admin Team
- Lead Initiatives and manage projects
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal operations teams, including production, community, and quality assurance, to set priorities and push initiatives to reach company goals.
- Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Admin to ensure execution of priorities and alignment with company goals.
Requirements
- You have proven experience in supplier relationship management and product management, preferably within a relevant industry (E-Commerce), with at least 5 years of experience.
- You have strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- You have excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- You are proficient in data analysis and performance monitoring.
- You have strong collaboration and communication skills.
- You know what a product development lifecycle looks like
- Nice to have: You have experience working in a start-up.
- Nice to have: You have worked with Salesforce before
