Senior Manager of Product and Supplier Relationships

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product and Partner Manager to oversee our relationships with third-party suppliers and be a key contributor to building a scalable business. This role is critical for aligning our operational goals and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
    • Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, ensuring cost-effectiveness and meeting quality standards.
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Implement and monitor KPIs to assess supplier performance.
    • Implement and monitor KPIs to assess operational efficiency.
  • Product Management
    • Oversee the product lifecycle from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with operational goals and customer expectations.
    • Coordinate with the product teams to incorporate new suppliers and new products.
  • Ops Process Improvement & Product Maintenance
    • Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes and products, leveraging data and feedback to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and high quality.
    • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance supplier and product performance.
    • Help us build a scalable foundation in close collaboration with our Salesforce Admin Team.
    • Lead Initiatives and manage projects.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with internal operations teams, including production, community, and quality assurance, to set priorities and push initiatives to reach company goals.
    • Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Admin to ensure execution of priorities and alignment with company goals.
Requirements
  • You have proven experience in supplier relationship management and product management, preferably within a relevant industry (E-Commerce), with at least 5 years of experience.
  • You have strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • You have excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • You are proficient in data analysis and performance monitoring.
  • You have strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • You know what a product development lifecycle looks like.
  • Nice to have: You have experience working in a start-up.
  • Nice to have: You have worked with Salesforce before.
