About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in the DACH market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and research
  • Present Virtuagym's products and services to prospective clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Negotiate agreements and contracts with customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Strong negotiating and communication skills in German (fluently) and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Commercial and practical approach with a focus on results
  • Technical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Enthusiasm, independence, and persistence
