About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Kindergarten Teacher to join our team at SIS Ingolstadt. As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will be responsible for providing pedagogical care and support to children, implementing educational offers, and observing and documenting their educational and developmental processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure seamless transitions and progress
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our overall organizational and pedagogical concept

Requirements

  • Appropriate pedagogical qualification (fully qualified teacher, PGCE/QTS/2nd Staatsexamen or equivalent) and practical teaching experience
  • Native-level English language skills and basic knowledge of German
  • Willingness to develop professionally and contribute to the growth of our team
  • Passion for supporting children's development as a whole personality
  • Enthusiasm, inspiration, and creativity in the classroom
