SIS Swiss International School is a prestigious private institution catering to students from kindergarten through to college. The SIS curriculum emphasizes a consistent bilingual educational approach, providing students with a rich experience in both the national language and English, ultimately leading to recognized national or international qualifications. Currently, over 5,000 students from diverse backgrounds attend one of our 17 campuses located in Switzerland, Germany, or Brazil. SIS is part of the Kalaidos Swiss Education Group, which is affiliated with the Klett Group Germany.

We are seeking a

Kindergarten Teacher (m/f/x)

available for full-time or part-time engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nurturing and educational support to young children.
  • Implement and facilitate engaging educational programs.
  • Observe and document children's learning and developmental milestones.
  • Conduct meetings with parents to discuss progress and development.
  • Participate actively in team collaboration and meetings.
  • Contribute to the planning and development of educational concepts.
  • Engage in the continuous improvement of the overall pedagogical framework.

Qualifications

  • A recognized pedagogical qualification (such as a fully qualified teacher, PGCE/QTS/2nd Staatsexamen or equivalent) with relevant teaching experience.
  • Proficiency in English at a native level, along with basic German language skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • A passion for fostering children's holistic development.
