• Completed training as an educator, degree in early childhood education or social work, or equivalent
• Experience in childcare and strong motivation
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead an intercultural team
• Fluent in German (C1 level)

• Collaborate closely with the pedagogical leadership team
• Manage holiday schedules and create newsletters to keep parents informed
• Implement a bilingual concept and participatory pedagogy to enhance learning outcomes
• Plan and conduct educational projects and activities that promote child development
• Support children during their adaptation phase to ensure a smooth transition
• Ensure quality standards are met and maintain regular communication with parents
• Participate in team meetings and assist with caregiving tasks as needed
