Poll Gruppe is a family-owned business consisting of Poll Massivhaus GmbH and Poll Gebäudetechnik GmbH. Our core business lies in the execution of turnkey projects, including the creation of raw buildings, renovations, and restorations. As a successful mid-sized company, we are seeking to strengthen our sales team in the regions of Koblenz, Bonn, Cologne, and Düsseldorf with motivated and engaged sales representatives for the Massivhäuser sector.

Responsibilities
  • Acquisition and maintenance of new customers, as well as nurturing existing customer relationships
  • Consulting customers on the planning and purchase of turnkey houses
  • Conducting site visits and sales meetings
  • Creating and tracking offers
  • Market and competition analysis to identify sales potential
  • Participation in trade fairs and sales events
  • Support in developing and implementing sales strategies
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in sales, preferably in the construction or real estate industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-oriented and confident demeanor
  • High level of initiative and self-organization
  • Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing requirements
  • Willingness to travel within the regions of Koblenz, Bonn, Cologne, and Düsseldorf
  • Class B driver's license
