Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketplace Sales Specialist to join our team at Kaufland e-commerce. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Polish sellers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and onboard new Polish sellers to our online marketplaces
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives
  • Represent Kaufland e-commerce at e-commerce trade fairs and events
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the e-commerce sector
  • Strong business network and relationships with Polish sellers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and Polish, with good German language skills
