Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Head of Chemical Engineering to lead our efforts in scale-up development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing chemical engineering design choices to inform our vision and strategy.
- Leading a team of chemical engineers to achieve our ambitious growth plans over the next 3 years.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our understanding of chemical engineering design choices.
- Ensuring the successful scale-up of our technology to meet the demands of a larger engineering team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5 years of experience in chemical engineering, including industry experience in the chemical or petrochemical industry.
- Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required, German is a plus.
- Experience with ASPEN (or related process design software), techno-economic analysis (TEA), and life cycle analysis (LCA) is a plus.
