Account Engineer - Chemical Industry Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Engineer to join our team at TÜV SÜD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring client expectations are met and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain client relationships at optimal level
- Keep familiar with the account and add value
- Assemble and lead an Account Team as required
- Develop and Keep Up to Date Account Servicing Instructions and Field Engineering templates
- Manage workloads and ensure timely delivery of full program with high quality
- Quality Control and ensuring technical accuracy of products
- Monitor Account Summary Reports (ASRs) and use GRC Connect Database
- Support/handle Client Presentations as required
- Prepare stewardship/market reports/presentations
Requirements:
- Solid experience in Loss Prevention Engineering for Chemical Risks
- Former experience in account engineering (Loss Prevention) for clients of the chemical and similar industries
- Knowledge of PSM and Dust Explosion hazards
- Located in Germany or nearby and dominion of English and German Languages
- Willing to travel as required to meet internal/external clients
Soft Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal/external clients
- Client satisfaction and retention driven
Education:
- Four Year (or more) College Degree in Chemistry/Chemical engineering or equivalent experience
Language: English (en-US)
