About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Motel One Berlin-Alexanderplatz. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead the Bar Team to deliver exceptional service to our guests
  • Develop and implement service standards and procedures to ensure a seamless and efficient service experience
  • Manage and maintain the bar inventory, including ordering and inventory control
  • Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure that all guests' needs are met and exceeded
  • Conduct regular coaching and training sessions to develop the skills of the service team
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the hotel and its guests
