About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand and Communications Manager to join our team at Accor in Berlin. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that drives business growth and enhances our reputation in the German market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a local PR strategy to maintain a strong media presence and drive awareness of our brand and properties in Germany.
  • Collaborate with our global marketing teams to create and implement innovative marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and local business leaders.
  • Manage and execute local marketing and graphic design budgets, working closely with our General Manager to plan, track, and manage all spend.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the local market, including trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
  • Provide strategic input on local content creation, including writing and editing articles, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
  • Work closely with our F&B, sales, and revenue teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive commercial targets.
  • Oversee the guest journey, ensuring every touch point is on brand and delivering personal and innovative experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in brand management, public relations, and marketing, with a strong track record of delivering business results in the German market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of the German market, including trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Fluent in German and strong English language skills, with the ability to write and edit marketing materials in both languages.
  • Experience with graphic design and social media management, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
