Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Quality Manager to join our System LSI Quality team in Munich, Germany. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality plans to ensure timely and successful product releases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks
  • Drive process improvements and implement corrective actions to address quality issues
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including IATF 16949 and JEDEC/AEC-Q100
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the semiconductor industry
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, methods, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
