Senior Product Quality Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Quality Manager to join our System LSI Quality team in Munich, Germany. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our R&D and New Product Development teams to ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement qualification and certification plans to detect problems prior to product release and mass production.
  • Participate in new product development activities, including project planning for quality and zero defects strategies.
  • Engage in the execution of qualification to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Assess product development and qualification results and provide approval decisions.
  • Identify potential and emerging problems, and take preventive and corrective actions accordingly.
  • Ensure timely communication of quality and reliability information to Samsung HQ for customer satisfaction.
  • Drive process change approvals as per automotive industry requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of processes, tools, and methods.
  • Deal with customer interface for technical and quality issues for automotive customers.
  • Ensure close cooperation to align customer and Headquarter quality organizations.

Requirements

  • A degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent education.
  • Solid professional experience in quality management within the semiconductor industry.
  • Customer-facing experience in automotive quality or similar function.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, methods, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and six-sigma tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including strong Excel skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
