Exciting Opportunity for a Risk Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Risk Manager to oversee our initiatives in EU Surface Transportation. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing diverse focus areas to ensure effective risk mitigation across various business sectors. You will also lead the creation of a robust risk culture through a comprehensive training program.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage the Risk training program for Surface Transportation to cultivate a risk-aware environment.
- Work closely with business units to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proper tracking and reporting of actions taken.
- Adopt a comprehensive approach to problem-solving, collaborating with global teams as needed.
- Design and implement controls to prevent the recurrence of identified risks.
- Assess new and emerging risks to evaluate their potential impact on operations.
- Build and maintain trust through meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or related fields.
- Experience in handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Professional auditing certification or similar credentials in risk or compliance.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Experience in defining program requirements and utilizing data and metrics for enhancements.
