Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Prinzing Gebäudetechnik. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring project progress on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Client and Supplier Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients and suppliers, ensuring that their needs are met and that all communication is clear and effective.
  • Material and Equipment Coordination: Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment, ensuring that all necessary resources are available when needed.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including measurements, execution, billing, and revision documents.
  • Team Leadership: Plan and coordinate the work of construction personnel and subcontractors, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
  • Commissioning and Quality Control: Participate in commissioning and quality control processes, ensuring that all systems and equipment are functioning correctly and to the required standards.
  • Additional Services: Create documentation for additional services, such as maintenance and repair work.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Completed training as a master, technician, or engineering studies in building technology.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in construction management of HVAC systems, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and to budget.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in team leadership, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
  • Similar Roles: Possibly experience in similar roles, such as construction manager or project manager.
