Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Cost Management: Manage project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and negotiate best pricing with suppliers and contractors.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, partnership, and teamwork within the construction team.
- 10+ years' experience in construction project management, preferably in data centres.
- Strong background in project management methodologies.
- Experience in managing construction projects, including data centre construction.
- Experience in a European multi-cultural environment.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English (C1 or C2 level of CEFR).
- Good German language skills (B2 level of CEFR).
