Tender Manager for Pharmaceutical Industry

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tender Manager for Pharmaceutical to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for managing and executing tenders for pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tender Monitoring: Monitor public tenders and current tender calendars to identify opportunities for our pharmaceutical products.
  • Tender Offer Preparation: Prepare and submit tender offers for our pharmaceutical products, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Pricing Strategy: Develop and maintain pricing strategies for our pharmaceutical products, including pricing in Lauer Taxe.
  • Reporting and Tracking: Provide monthly reports and track tenders won, including discount settlements and open house contracts.
  • Contract Management: Manage and conclude open house contracts, including monthly reports and tracking of discount settlements.
  • Product Launch Planning: Plan and coordinate product launches, including marketing activities and demand planning.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships with wholesalers and sick funds, including interface with logistics service providers.
  • Market and Competitor Monitoring: Monitor market trends and competitors to ensure that our pharmaceutical products remain competitive.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Master of Science or MBA degree.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical tender management, with a strong understanding of the German market.
  • Team Player: Strong team player with a results-oriented and independent working style.
  • High Motivation and Commitment: High motivation and commitment to delivering results.
  • Valid Work Visa: Possess a valid work visa for Germany.
