Key Responsibilities
- Tender Monitoring: Monitor public tenders and current tender calendars to identify opportunities for our pharmaceutical products.
- Tender Offer Preparation: Prepare and submit tender offers for our pharmaceutical products, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Pricing Strategy: Develop and maintain pricing strategies for our pharmaceutical products, taking into account market trends and competitor activity.
- Reporting and Tracking: Provide regular reports and track tenders won, ensuring that our business development team is informed of all opportunities and outcomes.
- Contract Management: Manage and conclude open house contracts, providing regular reports and ensuring timely payments.
- Discount Settlements: Track and monitor discount settlements for tenders and open house contracts, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Product Launch Planning: Plan and coordinate product launches, working closely with our logistics and marketing teams.
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships with wholesalers and sick funds, ensuring that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Logistics Interface: Interface with logistics service providers, ensuring that all incoming goods, customer orders, returns, and destruction are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Marketing Planning: Plan and implement marketing activities, working closely with our marketing team to ensure that all campaigns are successful and effective.
- Demand Planning: Work closely with our production and logistics teams in India to ensure that demand is met and supply chains are optimized.
- Financial Coordination: Coordinate with our finance department in India to ensure timely payments and regular reporting.
- Market and Competitor Monitoring: Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing regular reports and insights to our business development team.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tender Manager for Pharmaceutical who has a strong background in pharmaceutical tender management. You will have a Master of Science or MBA degree, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and the tender process.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in German and English, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical terminology.
- Pharmaceutical Tender Experience: A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical tender management, with a strong understanding of the tender process and pharmaceutical products.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
