The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Tender Manager to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing public tenders and current tender calendars, preparing tender offers, and developing pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track public tenders and current tender calendars to identify opportunities for our company
  • Develop and prepare tender offers that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our logistics service providers to ensure seamless execution of tender offers
  • Manage customer relationships with wholesalers and sick funds to ensure timely payments and monthly reporting
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services
  • Work closely with our finance department to ensure timely payments and monthly reporting
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements

  • Master of Science or MBA degree in a relevant field
  • German language proficiency (read, write, speak)
  • 4-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical tender management in Germany
  • Fluent in German and English to effectively communicate with stakeholders
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a results-oriented and independent working style
  • High motivation and commitment to delivering results
  • Valid work visa for Germany
