Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d) for the Besuchermanagement in the Allianz Arena in Munich.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to visitor tours and the Museum FC Bayern.
  • Process and manage bookings for individual visitors and groups, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.
  • Offer expert advice to clients on our comprehensive range of services, including Kids-Tours, Kick-Tours, and VIP-Tours.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the Besuchermanagement team.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Relevant education or training in a commercial field, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
