Main Responsibilities (80 %)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Panasonic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and visiting key consultants, architects, main contractors, and installers to determine project opportunities. They will also support consultants and installers in designing projects with Panasonic solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction through coordination with internal and external partners, and tracking projects on Salesforce and regularly monitoring the project pipeline.

Key Qualifications & Experience

The successful candidate will have a relevant university degree or equivalent practical and professional knowledge and experience, with 3-5 years of experience in a similar field. Experience in business development in the B2B sector is an asset.

Skills & Abilities

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding and expertise in business processes, technologies, products, or other relevant fields, as well as effective application of recognized planning, analytical, or conceptual principles and techniques. They will also have a strong understanding of the impact of laws and regulatory requirements relevant to the business or function.

Other Specific Requirements

General Responsibilities (20 %)

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for cost efficiency in all contracts and purchases made within the department, proactive efforts to reduce department/corporate costs through efficiency and automation, adherence to Panasonic's guidelines, business processes, and procedures, participation in all corporate requirements, such as ISM, CSR, anti-corruption laws, and competition law, benchmarking activities, general administration, conducting any projects within the scope of the position's capabilities, participation in required training, conducting business trips, and continuous attention to occupational safety and safe behavior, ensuring that occupational safety incidents are reported.
