Job Title: Network Security Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Manager to join our team at DöhlerGroup. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring our global security and network landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement IT trends and innovations to shape our system landscape
- Continuously improve our IT security by hardening and operating security-relevant systems
- Identify security vulnerabilities in software and networks, review them, and develop solutions
- Coordinate upgrades and replacements of security and network components
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support activities
Requirements:
- Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist (f/m/d) for system integration or comparable course of study
- Practical experience in network and information security, especially in administration and setup of routers, switches, and firewalls
- Implemented and managed identity and access management systems, threat protection systems, data loss prevention, and compliance policies
- Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Goal-oriented, problem-solving, and enthusiastic about using new technologies with a young team
- Proficiency in German and English
- Willingness to travel to other locations (max. 10% travel)
